Corporate Massage
Workplace massage is perfect to include in your wellbeing strategy, and a great way to reward and recognise the effort of your team. It is great for employee wellbeing, helping to create a healthy, happy and harmonious workforce.

It can help prevent and alleviate common pain and causes of stress for office workers including head, neck and pain pain and tension headaches. Providing your employees with short targeted treatments can help provide relief from daily work and life pressures.

Whether you are considering the long-term health benefits of supporting your employees musculoskeletal care or wanting to boost their morale, workplace massage is a great and easy way to demonstrate you care about your colleagues health.

With many employers and employees finding it difficult to prioritise self-care and wellness amongst their busy day to day commitments, having treatments in the workplace can make it so much easier for you and your teams to take some time out for themselves.

Benefits of workplace massage:

Workplace wellness options
In the workplace - Using a massage chair
An on-site chair massage is conducted fully clothed and seated. Oils and waxes are not used, making it the perfect massage for employees to return to work after. Using an ergonomically designed massage chair, I focus on massaging the back, neck shoulders, head, arms and hands. Treatments are tailored to individual needs and combine acupressure points, deep tissue, holistic and Swedish massage techniques.
The treatments are designed to provide soothing, effective relief of stress, knots and muscle tightness. They help employees feel relaxed whilst also benefiting the autoimmune system.

Typical treatment timings - per hour:
- 4 people - 15 mins each
- 3 people - 20 mins each
- 2 people - 30 mins each

In the workplace - Using a massage table
This treatment uses a traditional massage table enabling your employees to fully relax and switch off. Using massage wax or oil, the treatment reduces tension, improves sleep, boosts the immune system and improves mood. Treatments are professional and relaxing, with soft music and aromatherapy to add to the relaxing ambience. A private and quite area is required for these treatments.

Typical treatment timings - 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins.
