Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible via email -hannah@renewyouholistictherapies.co.uk with ‘RESCHEDULE’ or ‘CANCELLATION’ in the email subject title.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fees.

Cancellation or non-attendance within 24 hours (including turning me away for mobile appointments) will result in you being charged the full treatment cost.

Respect Policy

I ask that you be respectful at all times. It is important that all treatments are a nurturing and safe space.

If I deem a client’s behaviour to have caused me to feel any discomfort or offence, then the treatment will be terminated immediately and the client will be unable to book future sessions.

I do not answer inappropriate messages or tolerate inappropriate behaviour of any kind.

Booking Policy
Prior to treatment

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

A contact telephone number is required for all bookings. If your contact number can not be validated, then your booking will be cancelled.

If you can no longer attend your appointment, please contact me at the earliest opportunity. Please read the cancellation policy carefully for full details of what to do in this circumstance.

It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions on your consultation form. Certain treatments are not recommended, therefore it is crucial you are honest so we can discuss any concerns prior to your treatment date.

If required, I may contact you prior to your appointment to discuss any medical conditions where I require additional information or where adjustments to treatments may be required. This is to ensure all details are fully understood by both parties and I can give you the best treatment possible.

Consultation forms will be maintained throughout the course of your treatments.

All client data will be kept for 7 years after the date of the last treatment in line with GDPR legislation.
Day of treatment

Please note if you are late for your appointment, you will only receive treatment up to the end of your original booking time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are punctual for your appointment.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment on poor hygiene grounds.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone I suspect is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
